High-class hotel here!

Very good sized and well-kept rooms with a comfy bed, excellent services. An air conditioning, a lounge area, and settee - very useful.

The food for breakfast was appetising, we got jam and scones.

Crockery should be cleared promptly.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfy bed, made for a restful night. The breakfast offered a good spread with something for everyone, although the cooked items could use improvement. The public areas were pleasant. The furniture in the bar was in poor condition, and the pool required maintenance. Wi-Fi fees seemed excessive for today's standards, and the bathroom fixtures were outdated and needed attention.

Everything was perfect, nothing too much trouble.

The room was exceptional and relaxing with coffee table, good lighting, for example, had the best night sleep.

We had an easy check-in, the room was neat with comfortable beds. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including jam and scones. The location was peaceful and handy, not too far from Church of st Columba. And the area was particularly good, very close to the Hilton, the dual-carriageway and Northampton.

The rooms were really spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast had a nice variety, so there was something for everyone, perfect for my family. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool, and it was great to unwind after a long day. The cot bed for my child was perfect and made everything easier.

The bathroom could've been cleaner, as there was some mold around the sink, and the shower curtains had a weird smell. It was kinda noisy at night due to people outside.

Reasonably clean hotel, friendly professional staff at the reception desk. Lovely pool, convenient location away on Safari. Based very close to the restaurant for precisely 7 pm and Northampton and Birmingham.

The staff were really attentive . Unfortunately, the bathroom could've been cleaner with some mold present. The golf course nearby offered great scenery for morning walks.

Staff were professional, reception area had an air of luxury, food was also good.

We ordered feather pillows when booking some time ago, but no extra pillows sent until we asked for them (no feather pillows though!) Drinks & cost of hotel, rather high

Consider requesting a wellness gift set during your stay, especially for a relaxing experience after busy days.

Service and quality of the room

Price in the bar was a bit expensive, but to be expected for a hotel. Location is ideal by car but not good if travelling by train to city centre.

The room was too hot and i did not sleep more than 30 minutes all night. needs sorting.
